Easiest Trader Joe's Breakfast
Our dear friend, Trader Joe, Joe Coulombe, died this past weekend, and in his honor, I will be doing an appreciation post. Really, I could do 10000 appreciation posts, because he makes my desire to have delicious food while being extremely lazy attainable. Maybe one day I'll do a "haul" post like most bloggers do. But for now, I just need to show you this incredibly easy and incredibly delicious meal I made in all of 8 minutes. First, you go to Trader Joe's. Second, you buy Latkes and the Shakshuka Starter. Yes, I dug these out of the trash to show you. Then you throw some oil in a pan, slap on the Latkes. In a different pan, follow whatever instructions the box for the Shakshuka says - crack in 2 eggs, and continue with the instructions. When you are done, assemble them in an eggs benedict fashion, and it will look like shit but taste effing amazing. You Are Welcome.
